Construction work has now commenced at our latest development in the Somerset town of Wincanton. The exciting development consists of 23 homes, with house types ranging from 2-bedroom to 5-bedroom houses and bungalows all situated in the Somerset countryside.

Wincanton is located just off of the A303, the main road linking London to the South West of England. The town is situated in South Somerset, with close connections to both North Dorset and South-West Wiltshire. The development is located in close proximity to the town centre, approximately 0.6 miles distant, with key amenities within the town centre including two Ofsted rated ‘good’ primary schools, King Arthur’s Secondary School, two supermarkets, and a quaint high street offering a range of independent shops and eateries.

Nearby places of interest include cosmopolitan town Bruton, the National Trust’s Stourhead House and Gardens, and larger town Yeovil for further retail and leisure facilities. Main line railway stations are available at Bruton (5 miles) and Castle Cary (7 miles).
